We identify vulnerable Children in the 16-21 age group across Maharashtra who after clearing standard 10th is not able to join college/ higher education or such Children already in higher education, but has to drop out for some unavoidable circumstances. We will support such Children to pursue their higher education dreams in any field they chose to. The support will cease at the age of 21 years or at the completion of the specific course/college/graduation, or the beneficiary being out of the project (shifted, left city/village/town, etc, parents now able to support completely, or any other reason) whichever is reasonable, for e.g. a girl selected after completion of standard 10th, shall go on to receive our support till she reaches her graduation i.e. 5 years or has left the project after completing standard 12th for some of the reasons mentioned above, in that case, it will be 2 years of support. This will be a support cum matching grant program, which means we will support a specific and major part of the contribution required for the higher education, and a small and minimal part to be contributed by the Parent/guardian, etc, to make it a complete sustainable project. Support may include one or various components of the higher education program i.e. college fees, purchase of book, travel facility, vocational training support, etc, the project will not support any coaching/Tuition or support classes or any classes related to entrance exams. The cost per child per year will be prefixed each year depending upon the fees charged by college or factors of contributions to be made by Parents. However the quantum of the amount would depend on the need, family support, and its contribution, also it will depend on various other factors like inflation, price rise, etc, the admin cost would be kept to a minimum. We also follow a very careful selection process to ensure we are reaching out to the most deserving students. No mínimum academic percentage is required to enroll in the program.

During their entire term with us, these Young minds undergo various skill-building sessions organized by us. These sessions are combined with bi-Monthly meetings. Topics mainly covered are Financial Literacy, Anger Management, Love and affection, career counseling, etc.

Specialized, personalized, and group counseling is done for every candidate by a professional counselor on any issues they may face and how to fight that and move on with life.

After completion of their academics, they are guided and supported for their career, by helping them with preparing for their placements to secure a job or to be an entrepreneur.
